We are following Scottish Government Guidelines, and are taking a limited number of bookings. Acceptance of Overseas Visitors will be subject to the Guidelines and “Air-Bridge” arrangements in place at that time. We ask that all visitors follow the Government Guidelines in place at the time of their visit. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to any guest displaying Covid-19 symptoms.
During the present Coronavirus Pandemic crisis, accommodation will be prioritising use of rooms or suites with French Doors accessing the garden, in order that guests may isolate from the general areas. No more than one room will be offered with access through the general areas. For B&B guests, Room Service will be provided for food and refreshments, and breakfast will comprise a self-serve Continental Breakfast in your room.
Every effort will be made to leave a gap after rooms are vacated, before asking staff to enter to clean and disinfect, and before letting rooms to further guests.
Accommodation for Providers of Essential Services
We will endeavour to support essential services wherever possible, in accommodation set aside from the general household in order to maintain the required self-isolation and social distacing.
Cancellations and Refund of Deposits
Should any bookings need to be cancelled, due to a guest unexpectedly being required to self-isolate, a full refund of any deposits paid will be if we are advised up to five days prior to arrival; a refund of 2/3 will be made if less than five days, unless we are then able to re-let the rooms, in which case 9/10 will be refunded. Further information on Special Terms and Conditions will be sent to you as appropriate when discussing your booking.
